Embroidery Options

Embroidery is required for Eye Associates Scrub Tops and jackets. Doctor names will be included with white coat orders.

All of our embroidery is done in-house on our own machines. Please call us with any questions, or contact your company’s representative for more information.

APPROVED EYE ASSOCIATES SCRUB COLORS:
BLACK, PEWTER, NAVY and ROYAL BLUE.
Orders for any other scrub color will be rejected in-store.
